Coffee Conversation & Sunshine Walk ☕️

Adrienne Hecht will be stepping in to host the Coffee Conversation & Sunshine walk tomorrow at 10:00am!

Meet at Emilie's Coffee House for coffee, conversation, and a chance to connect with other moms. Plan to gather around 10:00a and head out for the walk around 10:15a after everyone grabs a coffee.

Come enjoy some fresh air, movement, and supportive conversation.

SUMMER CPR CLASSES FOR TWEENS & TEENS

Looking for a valuable summer activity that teaches real life skills and builds confidence?

Perfect for future babysitters, big brothers and sisters who wants to learn life saving skills.

I have TWO Child & Infant CPR and Babysitting Basics classes available this month!

⏰ 4:00p to 7:00p (6 spots avalable)

In these hands on classes, students will learn:
✅ Child & Infant CPR
✅ Choking Rescue Skills
✅ Basic Babysitting Skills
✅ Emergency Preparedness
✅ Confidence Caring for Younger Children
Each student will receive an American Heart Association participation card and booklet.

Looking for a reason to get out of the house and connect with other moms this week?

Join us Thursday at 10:00 AM at Emilie's Coffee House for coffee, conversation, and a relaxing walk together. We'll leave around 10:15 and head to the Kopf Family Reservation Trail for some fresh air, movement, and mom friendship.

Bring your stroller, your little ones, or just yourself. This is a casual, welcoming group for moms at any stage of motherhood.

Help them build confidence and learn valuable lifesaving skills with a Child and Infant Family & Friends CPR and Babysitting Basics Course!

✅ Child and infant CPR
✅ What to do in an emergency
✅ Babysitting safety and responsibilities (WSL)
✅ Tips for becoming a confident and successful babysitter

We had the best morning at Coffee Conversation and Sunshine today ☀️☕️👶

So many moms came out, lots of new faces, new friendships, stroller chats, coffee in hand, and a little sunshine therapy for everyone. There is just something special about being around other moms who get it.

If you have been thinking about coming, this is your sign to join us next week! You do not need to know anyone. Just come as you are.

We meet next Thursday at 10 AM at Emilie’s in Avon Lake for coffee, conversation, and a walk through Kopf Reservation. We would love to meet you!
