This week, the Tommy DeRoia Success Foundation proudly delivered a $5,000 donation to Miller House in Kent. These funds will help purchase new beds and support essential client services. Each resident also received a welcome bag, and the house was stocked with cleaning supplies, personal care items, and laundry essentials.

One of Tommy’s favorite quotes from Mother Teresa was, “If you judge people, you have no time to love them.” That simple but powerful message is at the heart of our foundation. We believe in meeting people where they are, offering support, compassion, and unconditional love without judgment. This week, we had the privilege of visiting both Safe Harbour and First Step Recovery before ending the week at Grafton Correctional Institute, where we spent time with over 100 engaged inmates and counselors. Rosie spent the morning at New Day Recovery with nearly 100 women, sharing encouragement, support, and hope as they continue their recovery journeys. It was an inspiring group of courageous women doing the hard work each day to overcome substance use disorder and build brighter futures for themselves and their families. The foundation had a busy Monday! We spent the morning at Matt Talbot Rehab for Women and Men in Parma, where clinicians and more than 70 patients joined us for a presentation focused on hope, encouragement, and recovery.

This evening, we were at Cornerstone of Hope in Independence, meeting with their Substance Disorder Loss Grief Group to offer support, compassion, and connection.

No matter where we go or who we serve, our mission remains the same: sharing Tommy’s love and bringing hope to those who are hurting. ❤️🙏🏻✨

Busy day for our President, Rose, representing TDSF:

Tuesday, she handed out 100+ crosses with messages of love and hope to patients at Safe Harbor Recovery and First Step.

She also provided lunch and gift bags for the residents at Park Place Sober House, and delivered welcome bags to the new guys starting their journey.

Small acts. Big impact. Grateful to serve and stand alongside these men in recovery.

Our 4th annual Tommy DeRoia Success Foundation Memorial Golf Outing was a huge success!
Thanks to your incredible support, we raised over $120,000 this September to uplift those in recovery and strengthen our community.

Due to your compassion, our fundraising efforts have once again grown in ways we never could have imagined. Year after year, we’re honored to continue this mission in Tommy’s name and carry forward the impact he inspired.
