Dr. Will went to Columbus a little bit ago to talk to attorneys and parole boards about how to look at inmates in regards to parole interviews and what factors to consider when considering their parole.

It was hard to listen to how the lack of consideration for their childhood was considered in relation to their lack of development as an adult. Being locked up between 11-17 and expected to be an adult at 45/55 years old is a discussion on what redemption and grace looks like psychologically.

Dr Will said " When we lose the ability to see the child that was never loved or seen, we never give the adult the chance to correct the experience that was squandered"
