You know what's sad is a lot of the medical field have no clue about a lot of this stuff we suffer from or with some just think it's all in or heads or were just made to feel like we're hypochondriacs until we finally get the right doctor that listens to us you have to be your own advocate and don't let anyone make you feel ashamed of you feelings or concerns.

so what are some medications you find that help with the many different symptoms you are dealing with? I'm on Duloxetine 60mg once a day, Meloxicam 15mg once a day and plaquenil twice a day and I had 2 steroid injections and a tardol injection in the last week.

Be encouraged I have been living with this new pain since 2023 and it only gets worse I am going to do some research on changing my diet and herbal remedies.
