Courtyard Adult Day Center will be CLOSED on Monday in observance of Memorial Day as we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We wish all of our families a safe, peaceful, and meaningful holiday weekend. ❤️🤍💙

💜 Still Me: Skills for Presence, Patience & Purpose 💜

A dementia diagnosis can feel overwhelming — but families do not have to navigate it alone.

Join us for Still Me, our monthly dementia educational seminar and support group created to offer guidance, practical tools, education, and compassionate connection for caregivers and loved ones. This welcoming program is designed to remind families that behind every diagnosis is still a person deserving of dignity, purpose, and understanding.
