🎉 A Very Happy Birthday to Our August Birthday Stars! 🎂

A special birthday shoutout to all of our August birthdays, especially Ms. Rose, who celebrated an incredible 100 years! 💕 What a milestone!

We had the BEST time rockin’ out with Mr. Ralph, who had everyone singing, dancing, and smiling from ear to ear! 🎶💃🕺 The cake was absolutely delicious, but the sweetest part was celebrating together with our wonderful friends and family.

After many wonderful years of dedicated service, we celebrate the retirement of our beloved Ms. Margaret. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for our residents have touched so many lives and made a beautiful difference.

Margaret will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Her warm spirit, caring heart, and years of hard work will be deeply missed.

Today we celebrated National Waffle Day in the sweetest way! 🧇✨ We had so much fun making delicious chocolate chip and colorful Funfetti waffles. We topped them with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped topping, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. 🍓🍫 Every bite was absolutely delicious, and we had the best time making sweet memories together! 💕🧇

We ended our day with the sweetest little visitors from My Little Petting Zoo! 🐰🐹🦦 Fluffy bunnies, adorable guinea pigs, and the friendliest little ferret stopped by to fill the room with smiles, cuddles, giggles, and plenty of “AWWW!” moments! 💕🐾

Our residents weren’t the only ones enjoying the fun—family members and staff joined in too, making it a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter and togetherness. 🥰

Animal visits are such a special part of memory care. They can bring back happy memories, spark conversations, encourage gentle touch, and create those beautiful moments of connection that everyone can enjoy. And honestly… who can resist a bunny snuggle? 🐰💗

What a beautiful morning filled with creativity, learning, and love! 🎨🌅

During art therapy, our residents painted the most amazing lighthouse at sunset while learning about color mixing and how shapes come together to create objects. Their artwork was truly incredible!

We were also thrilled to welcome our wonderful friends from the Humane Society of Broward County. Ms. SueMarie and our sweetest furry friend, Sadie, stopped by to share lots of love, cuddles, and smiles. 🐾❤️

Today, we started the day with Shabbat, and we always love when Rabbi Andrew comes to visit. Later in the day, we made delicious grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches while watching Viva Las Vegas. We had a wonderful time discussing Elvis, his music, and his movies.

Days like these bring so much connection, laughter, and fun to our community. They create meaningful moments and memories that we truly cherish.

Today, our management team had the joy of showing some much-deserved appreciation and love to our incredible staff. We treated them to refreshing tropical fruit smoothies and, more importantly, took time to connect, laugh, and enjoy one another’s company.

It was a beautiful reminder of how much our staff means to us. Their dedication, compassion, and tireless work make such a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. We are truly grateful for each and every one of them and feel blessed to have such a wonderful team! ❤️🥭🍓🌴

This morning, Ms. Jodi brought us another fun hands-on activity—a precious little frog! 💚

Using our hands to mold and shape the clay is especially meaningful in memory care, as it encourages fine-motor skills, coordination, sensory stimulation, focus, and creativity. Most importantly, it brings joy and a sense of accomplishment.

Our little frog faces turned out absolutely adorable! 🐸😊 Thank you, Ms. Jodi, for another wonderful morning of creativity and smiles!
