30 years of research to learn from. We should be willing to look critically at what we've done, keep what works, stop investing in what doesn't, and build prevention strategies around DATA rather than tradition.

Our kids deserve prevention that doesn't just make adults feel like we're doing something.

They deserve prevention that actually works.

Important work happens when the right people get in the same room.

Today we had the opportunity to sit down with some incredible community leaders doing important work throughout Kootenai County. We came together for strategy and resource mapping focused on better supporting our youth and identifying the gaps that still exist in our community.

No single organization can meet every need. When schools, prevention, behavioral health, recovery support, juvenile services, housing, family services, and community organizations work together, we can create stronger pathways for young people and families to get connected to the right support at the right time.

Grateful to be at the table representing 208 Recovery and excited to see where this collaboration leads.
