Not only does massage therapy help improve the quality of sleep by reducing stress hormones, the actual session itself gives your body some MUCH needed rest!☺️💆😴

It's no wonder most clients end up dozing off.

Tomorrow at The Green Bluff Grange!!

Mental Health matters!!
Especially for kids and teens!

I know as a parent myself sometimes we don't know where to start to help out our littles.
But learning what resources are available in our own community and what tools we can teach them early on can make such a huge difference!!

I'm excited to be a vendor at this event.☺️

Project Lift up is already making a huge impact in our local schools and is such an incredible thing to witness.

Come learn about resources available, find out ways you can volunteer for future events and projects, or just be apart of this awesome community that wants to support our kiddos!!

As always, Ladies Night at CLEAR Chiropractic Spokane North was a blast!

Such a welcoming atmosphere and amazing owners to put this together to support local small businesses. 🙏💓🙏

I forgot to take pictures before the party started and didn't get all 17 of the lovely vendors.

But I did get to be by a sweet friend and talented business woman.

I have to give her a shout out! Not only is she a busy mom, runs her farm, she also makes some incredible products!

I got 4 bars of her goats milk soap. (From her own raised goats.)🐐🥛🛀

Dead Sea Salt Magnesium Spray, and a cute soap holder.

Not only are her soaps GORGEOUS, there are wild flower seeds in the labels!!!!💚😮🌱

So then you get to plant some flowers with them too!!🌻🌸🌷💐
