☀️ Summer Yoga & Wellness Schedule is Here! ☀️
Hidden Bliss Yoga & Wellness is bringing practice, peace, movement, and connection outdoors this summer!
Whether you want to flow at the park, practice by the water, try Stand Up Board Yoga, bring the kids, or relax into a Sound Bowl Journey — there is something for everyone.

🌿 Beginner Yoga 108
Tuesday Nights at 7 PM
📍 Memorial Park
Donation-based practice
60-minute evening reset
4 quarters required to enter park
Bring a yoga mat, water, and blanket. Props can be provided if needed.

🌊 Stand Up Board Yoga with Dannie
Tuesday Nights at 5:30 PM
📍 Memorial Park
60-minute session
First practice: June 2nd
$20 with board reserved
$10 if you bring your own board
Only 4 boards available — reservation required.

🏕️ Saturday Practice at Waffle Farm Campgrounds
Runs through Labor Day Weekend
Yoga on the Beach at 9 AM
$10 adult practice
Yoga in the Park for Kids at 11 AM
$5 per child
Rainy weather will cancel sessions.

Second Friday of the Month
6 PM – 8 PM

Suggested donation: $20
Donations welcome
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything cozy. Props can be provided if needed.
