We've closed on the house and have the keys! We can't wait to see the Homestead come to life for our BCS seniors.

We’re excited to announce that we will begin accepting deposits to reserve specific rooms starting on Monday, August 24th. Deposits will be fully refundable at this point--we're happy to go over the conditions if you have questions.

Our monthly room rate includes:
• Meals
• Scheduled transportation
• Housekeeping
• Linen service
• Utilities
• Activities

Additional services included in a resident’s individual service plan, such as medication management and assistance with activities of daily living, are not included in the monthly room rate. Pricing for these services will be finalized once we complete the licensing process and will be based on each resident’s individual needs.

Howdy! We're excited to announce Cora's Legacy Homestead, a new senior home in College Station, TX. We want to redefine senior living and embrace the beauty in living a long life.

The Homestead is pursuing a Type A Assisted Living license for up to 6 residents in a single-family home. We’ll provide private rooms and bathrooms, home-cooked meals, housekeeping, local transportation, and a live-in aide.

Most importantly, we want to provide a sense of purpose that we haven’t seen in other senior living homes. Life should still be full of joyful surprises, even when you’re 80 years old! Residents can name the backyard chickens and enjoy fresh eggs. They can plant tomatoes in our accessible garden and show off the harvest. Or they can host story time when the staff’s children come to visit.

We are in the final stages of securing our home at 1026 Rose Circle and preparing for a 2027 opening. Limited spots will be available!
