Bittersweet little Mended update 💚

If you’ve purchased our elderberry syrup before, you may notice something a little different soon. 👀

The label at the beginning of this video has been part of Mended since October 2020 and has seen countless batches, markets, events, and customer orders.

It’s been with us for nearly six years, which makes this little update feel a lot bigger than just changing a label. 🥹

When we first designed that label, most of our elderberry syrup was sold at pop-ups and vendor events, so we could hand customers an information card with dosage instructions, ingredients, and other helpful information.

As Mended has grown and our products have found their way into local stores, I wanted those details right on the bottle so customers can easily reference them at home.

One thing that hasn’t changed is the recipe itself. 💚

This is the same elderberry syrup recipe my family was making long before Mended existed. My mom originally made it for my grandma, and it’s the recipe we’ve continued to make and share all these years later.

The goal wasn’t to completely change it, just to keep the same Mended feel while making it more functional, informative, and easier to shop from store shelves.

Same recipe. Same ingredients. Just a fresh new look. 💚
