I had the honor of being on a podcast yesterday. We began to talk about addictions and of course a big part of my addiction stemmed from my father's su***de when I was a child. We chatted about forgiveness and healing. We chatted about those who struggle with suicidal thoughts. It brought up some thoughts for me. The first thing is, that the pain doesn't end. It multiples. It spreads to every person you love. And even people that you didn't realize you touched their soul somehow. If you are struggling, please seek help and support.
