It can be difficult to know what to do when your adolescent is struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, or other mental health concerns.

Peak View Behavioral Health’s Adolescent IOP may be an option when weekly outpatient therapy isn’t providing enough support, but inpatient care isn’t needed. Our after-school program allows adolescents to receive additional care while continuing to live at home and attend school.

Call (888) 344-9319 or visit PeakViewBH.com to learn more.

Su***de Prevention Awareness Month is a reminder that checking in, listening without judgment, and simply being there for someone can make a difference.

This September, let’s continue to make space for honest conversations about mental health and remind those around us that it’s okay to ask for help. No one should have to face a difficult season alone.

You matter. Your story matters. And there is hope.
