Vitality may change as we age, It is important to look at lifestyle choices, and overall health, and being knowledgeable regarding these changes is key to embracing each life stage and nurturing our well-being. Our gut health is a vital piece of the puzzle, often dubbed our "second brain." It influences everything from our immune system to our mood and hormones. As we age, maintaining a healthy gu

t becomes increasingly crucial, impacting our energy levels, cognitive function, and body resilience against ailments. Our diet is central to keeping our gut happy and our energy levels up. Loading our plates with colorful, nutrient-rich foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins not only nourishes us but also supports digestive health and overall vitality. Conversely, skimping on variety and essential nutrients might leave us feeling less vibrant as the years go by. Recognizing the connection between vitality, gut health, and diet empowers us to make informed choices. By adopting mindful eating habits, supplementing when necessary, and adjusting our lifestyles, we can cultivate a thriving gut environment and embrace the aging journey with vitality and grace. As a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), when necessary, I employ a comprehensive and integrative approach to diet and wellness. Understanding the interconnectedness of the body, I assess various factors such as environmental exposures, stress levels, digestive issues, and activity levels to provide personalized solutions. Considered health detectives, FDN Practitioners utilize evidence-based protocols to identify underlying causes and conditions, employing functional tests and expert analyses of lab results. We like to say "Test, not guess!" By addressing the root causes, we aim to restore overall functions and vitality, ensuring optimal well-being for our valued clients so you can make Your Peak Impact, living life with Vitality and Energy

🚨BREAKING: Effective immediately, the US no longer recommends Hep B, COVID-19 and influenza vaccines for all young children!

President Trump is also allowing LEGAL CHALLENGES to states who violate children's rights to religious or medical exemptions.

"Separate visits for vaccines rather than giving them all in the same day. Very importantly, vaccinations to hepatitis B, COVID-19, and influenza, among others, are no longer recommended for all children."

"In addition, this executive order directs the Attorney General to advance legal challenges against states that violate children's rights to religious or medical vaccination exemptions for the exemptions."

Bloating is not the only way your gut asks for attention.

Constipation, going days without a bowel movement, loose stools,💩reflux, gas, food reactions, and feeling overly full after meals can all be signs that something deeper may need support.

For years, I normalized my own digestive symptoms. Looking back at two previous stool tests, I could see that my body had been giving me clues long before I fully understood what they meant.

That is why guessing with random probiotics, fiber, enzymes, and supplements is not always the answer.💊

Sometimes we need to look at what is actually happening in the gut—the microbiome, digestion, inflammation, intestinal barrier, and possible overgrowths or infections.

Your symptoms are not random.

And going to the bathroom once a week is not something to shrug off as “just how my body works.” Your gut may be asking for help, rather loudly.🆘

Has your gut been whispering—or yelling?

𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘀.

And no, they are not automatically “just part of getting older.”

Low energy. Poor sleep. Brain fog. Bloating. Stubborn weight.

These can be signals🆘 that your body is asking for a closer look.

Functional lab testing can help us look beyond a standard panel and explore patterns involving stress hormones, digestion, blood sugar, inflammation, nutrient status, and more.

Because feeling “off” is not the same as feeling well.

Save this as a reminder that your symptoms deserve attention.

If anything I’ve shared this week has sounded like your life, this video is for you.

The exhaustion no one can explain.😩

The bloodwork that comes back “normal” even though you feel anything but.

The diets, supplements, and workout plans that helped for a little while—but never created lasting change.

There may be reasons you still don’t feel like yourself.

Finding those reasons is what I do.

I use functional lab testing to help uncover what may be happening underneath the symptoms, so we can stop guessing and create a plan based on what your body actually needs.🔍

So, here’s the open door:

Comment **LABS** below, and I’ll send you a message.

The first conversation is simply a conversation. There’s no pressure and no obligation.

You don’t have to know which test you need or where to begin.

That’s my job.✨

Why do so many health plans work for a couple of weeks—and then quietly fall apart?

Because most of them focus on just one piece.

The diet.
The supplement.
The workout.

But your body does not operate in isolated little compartments. Everything is connected.

That is why I start with functional lab testing to look beneath the symptoms and better understand what may be driving them.

Then we work through the five foundations every body depends on:

🥗Diet.
😴Rest.
🏋️Exercise.
🏝️Stress reduction.
💊Targeted supplementation.

That is D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success.

Instead of chasing one symptom or trying one more quick fix, we look at the whole picture and give the body the support it actually needs.

Which piece have you focused on the most—the diet, the supplements, or the workouts?

Comment below and follow along as I share why a whole-body approach matters.⬇️

Crashing at 3:00 PM and staring at the ceiling at 2:00 AM may feel like two separate problems—but sometimes they are connected.
Your cortisol rhythm helps regulate when you feel alert, when your energy begins to taper, and when your body is ready for sleep.😴
When that rhythm gets disrupted, you may feel exhausted during the day and wired at night. Add poor sleep, blood sugar swings, and ongoing stress to the mix, and your body can start feeling completely out of sync.
That is why I like to look at patterns instead of guessing.
Your exhaustion is not a lack of discipline, and it is not something you should simply accept as part of getting older.
If you aren’t feeling like yourself, follow along.

“𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹” 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹.
𝗔𝗻𝗱, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹.
You can fall within every standard lab range and still feel tired, foggy, inflamed, or unlike yourself.
That does not mean your symptoms are imaginary. It may mean the full picture has not been uncovered yet.
Functional testing can help us look deeper at patterns involving blood sugar, hormones, digestion, detoxification, nutrients, and stress.
The goal is not just to ask, “Is there a diagnosis?”
It is also to ask, “Is your body functioning the way it was designed to?”
Have you ever been told your labs were normal even though you knew something still wasn’t right?
If so, comment NORMAL below👇 and follow along
