At PTG Wellness, we believe in the transformative power of touch to restore balance, ease tension, and promote overall wellness.

Our team of certified massage therapists is dedicated to providing personalized treatments that cater to your specific needs. PTG4ME is an Non-Profit Organization that provides a Summer Day Camp and outdoor adventures year round for children ages 6 - 17. It's a great place for campers to have lots of fun, make new friends and learn new things. Campers are placed into like aged groups that are led

by well trained staff that encourage and nurture growth in spirit, mind, and body. Campers will participate in two morning land activities, two afternoon water activities, and have the chance to select an additional land activity as an afternoon elective. We'll be immersed in the 1,400 acres of pine, with a 30-acre lake for paddling and fishing, and 12 miles of hiking and biking trails of Sesquicentennial State Park, affectionately known to locals as "Sesqui," they'll forget just how close they are to bustling, downtown Columbia, South Carolina.
