If you know me, you KNOW I would not normally show up to speak anywhere dressed like this 😂 This was completely last minute, but so worth it!

Ms. Johnson has been reinforcing the dress code and thought I would be the perfect example to show the students that there is a time and place for everything. I get to dress comfortably when I’m off the clock because I first did the work. I followed the rules, met the expectations, earned my degrees, and established my career. Being comfortable now does not mean I skipped the process it took to get here.

The students were so receptive, and what started as a quick hello turned into a meaningful conversation about professionalism, education, and creating the life you want.

My heart is so full after this weekend 🤎

I had the honor of participating in Black Maternal Health Week Market place here in Columbia as a vendor and had an opportunity to speak about chiropractic care for moms and babies!

Getting to connect with moms, moms-to-be, and families while sharing how chiropractic care can support their journey… it means everything.

From pregnancy to postpartum to baby care, the nervous system deserves attention, care, and intention.
