Playtime is more than just fun, it is one of the best ways to support your child’s speech and language development!

Get down on your child’s level and follow their lead, talking about what they are already interested in. Use simple language, label actions and objects, and expand on what your child says to model new words. Repetition, turn-taking, and playful interaction all help build communication skills naturally.

The best part is you do not need anything fancy. Just time, connection, and play!
