Caregiver burnout is real. The emotional weight of supporting someone you love, or someone in your care, can quietly take a toll. Signs include exhaustion, withdrawal, and feeling like nothing you do is ever enough.

You are not alone. And asking for help is not a weakness, it's wisdom.
