We blend mindful, breath-led movement with traditional strength training to help you build real, functional strength and mobility at the same time

Saturday, April 25 | 12:30-1:30pm

Build strength, stability, and mobility through a dynamic, breath-led flow designed to awaken the hips and activate the glutes. Expect fluid movement paired with controlled holds, deeper hip opening, and intentional lower-body strengthening-ending with a slow, restorative release to leave you feeling strong and spacious. Suitable for all levels with options to modify or intensify.
