Some NICU facts for you 🤍

I hear people say they choose one Columbus hospital over another because of the NICU care.

Most Columbus hospitals are equipped to handle NICU needs if your baby requires a stay. The highest level of care will always be sent to Nationwide Children's Hospital.

If you have additional questions about the NICU at your local hospital, ask your provider or call the hospital itself.

Join Columbus Doula and me for our monthly postpartum meet-up next Friday, September 25th, from 10am-12pm!

It's a laid-back, drop-in hangout - snacks are provided, and there's no need to RSVP (though we'd love a heads-up if you're planning to swing by).

Feel free to bring a new mom friend! Dads are welcome too!

Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or bringing your baby or toddler, you're more than welcome to join us!

If you're a client of mine you know I always talk about community and connection with other moms in the postpartum stages. We had a great turn out today with babies ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months!

My heart is full! ❤️

Thank you so much Heather for guiding us today and creating a space for mamas and babies to share the mat and breathe.

And so proud of the mamas who came out and took some time out for themselves. 🫶🏼 You are all amazing!
