Ive torn all three deliveries.
I’ve had a 3rd degree tear.
A nearly 9lb baby.
I’ve had 43hr labor.
I’ve been in prodromal labor for 8 days before delivery and went into newborn life completely exhausted.
I had a baby who screamed all through the night.
I’ve dealt with PP weight gain, baby weight loss, super high jaundice levels, a very early baby who needed extra hospital time, and had deliveries where my bones felt literally broken and I couldn’t even walk across the hospital floor.
AND? I did whatever I needed to do to feel good, healthy, strong and REBUILT after my babies. 🫶🏼
Every single motherhood journey is different—AND no matter how yours starts with labor and delivery, you can still feel good in your body.
You CAN show up for the early morning or naptime workouts with a baby monitor in tow.
And you WILL feel good in your body as a mom. 💕🙌🏼
It doesn’t matter who had an “easier” start to motherhood than I did. It matters what I DO with the start that I had, and same to you.
And that’s exactly what I did. I’ve lost -85lbs after kids while breastfeeding, recovered my body 2x—now on my 3rd time, and felt stronger in my body after kids than I ever did before.
But I could give you a list of 50 reasons why some other moms “had it easier” than I did…OR I could go do the work, and actually see the results I wanted coming to fruition 😉
Keep your eyes on your own paper ladies.
Go make some magic with whatever circumstances YOU have.
