The weather was rainy but Jason, our Chamber Champion, was ready with a smile to brighten everyone’s day as they arrived at the Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce Coffee hosted by Integrated Behavioral Technologies this morning.

Pasta-bly our tastiest life skills lesson yet!

The chefs at our Montgomery County Service Center in City of Independence Kansas were cooking up more than spaghetti last week — they were cooking up confidence, independence, and choice!

With a choice of ground beef or sausage sauce, our individuals practiced following a recipe, measuring ingredients, working together, and making decisions along the way.

Because every skill learned today is another step toward greater independence tomorrow.

Spaghetti + life skills = a recipe for success! 🙌
