Role: Full-Time Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO)

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive, continuous primary care to adult and/or family patient populations.
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic clinical conditions.
* Partner with patients on preventive health strategies and wellness plans.
* Collaborate with on-site staff to maintain seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Active, unrestricted State of Ohio Medical License (MD or DO)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Active DEA registration
* Strong commitment to compassionate, personalized patient care
