This Mother’s Day, I don’t want more stuff.
I don’t need another gift sitting on a shelf.

What I really want is time.
Slow mornings.
Laughing with my kids.
A weekend away.
Sunsets, conversations, and moments I’ll actually remember years from now.

Because the older I get, the more I realize memories are the real gift. 🤍

One thing I’ve learned working with women in their 30s and 40s…

Most are carrying way more than people realize.

They’re building businesses, raising kids, managing homes, caring for everyone else — while quietly feeling exhausted themselves.

And somewhere along the way, they started believing:
“Maybe this is just how I’m supposed to feel.”

I don’t believe that.
