Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💙

This October, Youthrive Psychological Services is offering Growing Through Grief, a 5-week therapeutic support group facilitated by Elyse Hopkins, MSW, LSW.

This small group will provide a supportive space to connect with others who understand loss, explore your own grief experience, and develop meaningful tools for healing and moving forward—while still honoring the person or life you’ve lost.

🌿 Wednesdays at 3:00 PM beginning in October

We’re excited to welcome Nora O’Connell, LISW, to Youthrive full time! And even better—she is currently accepting new clients!

Nora works with children, adults, and couples and has experience supporting clients through trauma, grief, relationship challenges, domestic violence, life transitions, and more. She is warm, genuine, easy to connect with, and incorporates evidence-based approaches including DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.

Nora offers both in-person and virtual appointments, is in-network with many commercial insurance plans, and also accepts private pay.

What an incredible day! ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate Youthrive’s ribbon cutting and our new home with us today! And to those who couldn’t make it but sent texts, messages, and lots of good vibes our way—we felt the love and appreciate you so much.

We were so honored to have the Mayor of Bexley and City Council members Sam Marcellino and Spencer Cahoon join us to celebrate. It meant so much to have the support of our community as we officially opened this next chapter.
