BEEpothecary will be here on May 30th in the mountains of North Georgia. The Honeybee Festival - LaFayette, GA kicks off as one of the most entertaining events of late spring in the state! Held in Downtown LaFayette the weekend after Memorial Day, this free, rain-or-shine festival brings thousands of visitors into the Queen City of the Highlands for a full day built around music, food, shopping, and honeybee fun...with hundreds of local vendors to browse! Live music across multiple stages, evening headline performances, dozens of food vendors, and hundreds of arts and crafts booths. Families can enjoy the free Kids Zone, while the Honeybee Education Pavilion offers hands-on learning about pollinators and why honeybees matter. Visitors can also check out the KCBS Barbecue Competition, Honeybee Honey Show, baking contest, Honeybee Pageant, classic car show, cruise-in, and antique tractors.
