❤️Grumpy Monkey Valentine Gross-Out❤️

Author Suzanne Lang and Illustrator Max Lang explore all different kinds of love that should be celebrated during Valentines Day.
Extension idea: To support the lessons of this book we discussed all the different ways love can look besides just romantic. We remembered the ways the animals in the book showed their love and brainstormed ideas to show our love in our relationships with family and friends. Some examples include family relationships, that with our nanny, a librarian, or a teacher, and friendships. We discussed the importance of showing our love in the relationships and painted hearts to give to those we love. Nanny helped the little one to write a message of love on the back.

Apologies for the delayed post. We appreciate the TCNN team for hosting another great event last Saturday evening. If anyone has pictures, please share and tag us.
