My little cow pony really came through for me at the dressage show this last weekend! It has always been a goal of mine to understand the biomechanical differences between horses in different disciplines. It was amazing to be able to watch all of the higher level riders along with beginners all have a great time doing what they love!

Huge thanks to Tara Hynes with for helping me get my foot in the door in the English/Dressage world. I have already been able to meet so many amazing people as well as accomplish much more than expected in the ring and couldn’t be more grateful!

Low quality photo, high quality moment!

This gelding felt very restricted through his shoulders, especially around the scapula. I was able to help this guy gain so much mobility through his front end in a single massage session!

So grateful to be back on this horse, even if it’s only a lap around the pasture once a week 😍

After a knee injury in 2024 I didn’t have lots of hope for my boy. He is up there in age (20) and nothing I was doing seemed to make a difference. Injections, supplements, etc… He was lacking muscle and always seemed to be in pain but I didn’t give up. I did lots of mobility exercises, regular massage, and slowly began to build up his movement. In the spring I did a four week exercise plan with him that mainly included ground poles and stretching and he came around so quickly! It was amazing to see what regular exercise and stretching could do for him. I have had so many people tell me “A body in motion stays in motion” and I have found that to be very true as this guy gets older! Keep your horses moving, it will only benefit them! Slow, steady exercise to improve circulation, mobility, and balance really go a long way ❤️❤️❤️
