Thank you to everyone who joined us today in Gresham for our Take Charge of Your Health Lunch & Learn!

We’re grateful to our speakers who shared their expertise on chronic disease management with the community: our Gresham Provider Seceal Davis, Director of Pharmacy Dr. Katina Richmond; and our Lead Diabetes Coordinator DeAundra Shubrick.

What a special morning at Conway Nutrition! Thank you for welcoming us back for a second year of collaboration during National Health Center Week.

Our CEO joined members of our Board of Directors to sip the “Health with Heart” drink, sign a rendering of our new 4th Avenue building, and celebrate a week that’s all about the connections that make community health possible.
