Weekend Co-Parenting Tip

Weekends are a time for kids to relax, have fun, and make memories. When parents are sharing parenting time, a little communication and cooperation can make a big difference.

A few ways to make weekend transitions easier:

✔️ Keep drop-off and pick-up times clear and consistent.
✔️ Communicate changes as early as possible.
✔️ Keep disagreements between adults - not the children.
✔️ Encourage your children to enjoy their time with both parents.
✔️ Focus on what's best for your child, even when it's difficult.

Remember: Co-parenting isn't about making everything perfect. It's about working together to make things better for your children. ❤️

Conflict happens but court doesn't have to be the answer. Mediation helps you talk things through. Find clarity. Explore options. And make decisions that work for everyone. Confidential. Nuetral. Affordable.

LABOR DAY

Today we recognize the men and women whose labor builds, maintains, protects, teaches, heals, transports, cultivates, and strengthens our communities.

There is dignity in honest work, whether performed with our hands, our minds, or through service to others.

Labor Day is also an opportunity to remember the generations of workers whose skill, determination, and sacrifice built much of what we enjoy today, while recognizing those who continue that work every day.

And helping others requires more than good intentions, it requires action.

Today, may we appreciate the people whose work makes our communities possible and remember the value of the work each of us contributes.

Good morning everyone! 😎Hope everyone is enjoying their long Labor Day weekend. Enjoy your day and be Safe & Bless!

Teachers are amazing!

Teachers will be our greatest weapon in solving reading and literacy challenges around the world.
It is often one amazing teacher that changes
everything for a dyslexic student.

But for those of us with reading challenges, sometimes our frustration and feelings of inadequacy mean we sometimes act out in class in an attempt to deflect attention away from our struggles.

For many of us, it seems way better to be seen as the funny or the naughty kind, rather than the ‘dumb’ kid.

So although we may cause great teaching challenges, our own struggles (and inner struggles) are often greater than you could know!

Parenting Time Doesn't Have to Mean Conflict

When parents disagree about parenting time, holidays, schedules, or how to share important moments with their children, emotions can run high.

Parenting time mediation gives parents an opportunity to sit down with a neutral mediator, be heard, and work together to create a parenting plan that puts the needs of their children first.

Mediation can help parents:
• Improve communication
• Reduce conflict
• Create workable schedules
• Address holidays and special occasions
• Find solutions that work for their family

The goal isn't about winning or losing—it's about finding a path forward that supports your children and your family.

Mediation is more than resolving disagreements—it's about building stronger, healthier communities.

When people choose mediation, they choose respectful communication, understanding, and collaboration over conflict. By working together to find solutions, families, neighbors, coworkers, and businesses can resolve disputes in a way that preserves relationships and promotes lasting peace.

A peaceful community starts with people who are willing to listen, understand different perspectives, and work toward common ground. Mediation empowers individuals to do just that, creating solutions that benefit everyone involved.

Together, we can build communities where respect, cooperation, and understanding thrive. Because when conflicts are resolved peacefully, everyone wins. 💙
