Adjust and release your muscle is the only muscle bridge that connects the leg bones to the lumbar vertebrae all the way up to the thoracic spine. The psoas and intervene so much in your body. The psoas connects to the inner upper thigh bone it goes over the hip bone under the organs and connects to the lumbar spine all the way up to the thoracic spine where the kidneys and adrenals are. These muscles are tight on most people from a sedentary lifestyle and chronic stress. Key Problems Caused by a Tight Psoas:
*Lower Back and Hip Pain: A tight psoas pulls on the lumbar spine, causing pain and stiffness, particularly at the border between the spine and butt (lumbosacral region).
*Postural Misalignment: It causes a forward tilt of the pelvis, often resulting in an extreme “C” curve in the lower back (hyperlordosis).
*Mobility Restrictions: Individuals may experience difficulty transitioning from sitting to standing, a shuffling gait, or a limited range of motion in the hip.
*Groin and Thigh Pain: Pain may radiate to the front of the hip, groin, or inner thigh.
*Functional Leg Length Discrepancy: The side with the tighter muscle may appear shorter.
*Digestive and Internal Issues: Due to its close proximity to abdominal organs, a tight psoas can compress them, causing constipation, digestive issues, or severe menstrual cramps.
*Nerve Compression: It can contribute to lumbar stenosis, where compressed nerves cause pain, numbness, or tingling.
*Snapping Hip Syndrome: A clicking sensation in the hip when walking or bending.

Join me this SATURDAY 1/10 for the soft opening located at RBB & 114th St. DM tp save your spot! Drop in fee $20 I will be teaching a and class at 8:30 a.m. „This is not a typical stretching class. This fascia-focused practice targets the connective tissue that shapes how you move and feel.
You’ll learn specific techniques to hydrate, lengthen, and recalibrate your fascia-helping release chronic tension and improve overall body function“ Feel free to stay for a aerial/hammock class with .ie at 9:30 Trapeze Yoga Fusion is a hammock-based class that blends deep stretching, flexibility, and bodyweight strength. Using gravity to support deeper stretches, the class gently decompresses the spine, opens the shoulders, chest, and hips, and builds core and body strength—leaving you relaxed, centered, and refreshed. Fun included 😉

and/or join Alexey for a Full Body Circuit class at 11am it will combine the intensity of HIIT with the structure and variety of circuit training, for a full-body workout. Participants will rotate through a series of stations featuring strength, cardio, and functional movements, performing each exercise in timed intervals followed by short recovery periods.
