Out of the desperation of watching how vicious friendships and social dynamics can become for girls ages 8–12, I decided to put on my creative cap and create a group (Knots to bows) where girls can come together to learn:

* what makes a healthy friendship
* how to feel confident in who they are
* how to establish boundaries
* how to stand up for themselves and their friends

Navigating these years can feel confusing, painful, and overwhelming at times. We all went through it — but social pressures today can make it even harder. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where girls can build confidence, connection, and emotional strength together.

It is that time of year again. Insurance plans are changing. Before looking to see which plan is the CHEAPEST, make sure you check to see if your current doctors accept the insurance plan you are planning on switching to. Once you receive your Insurance card virtually or by mail, please do not forget to send or text Dr. Marin a copy. Some paperwork will need to be updated.
