Your p*e can tell you a lot, but color isn’t the whole story.

Foam, blood, or unusually dark urine may be worth a closer look, but kidney changes can happen even when everything looks normal.

That’s why your labs AND your wellness visits matter.

Pay attention to what your body is telling you, stay hydrated, and don’t skip your checkups.

Your p*e can give you clues about your health, but don’t let the color fool you.

Foam, blood, or unusually dark urine can be worth paying attention to, but kidney problems can also be present when your urine looks completely normal.

That’s why your labs matter too. Tests like eGFR and UACR can help evaluate kidney function and detect changes you can’t see.

Pay attention to your p*e. Stay hydrated. And keep up with your wellness visits.

Lubricant isn’t just a solution for dryness. It can reduce friction, increase comfort, and make intimacy more enjoyable, even when your body is already producing natural moisture.
That’s one of the reasons I created and formulated Sextivia myself.
Comfort is the goal, not waiting until there’s a problem.
Comment “wet” and I’ll send you the details.

You don’t have to be dry to use lubricant. 👀
A quality lubricant can help reduce friction, increase comfort, and make intimacy feel even better, whether your body is producing natural moisture or not.
That’s exactly why I formulated Sextivia.
Comment “wet” and I’ll send you the details.

Plot twist: being in a monogamous relationship doesn’t automatically mean you should stop getting screened.

Some STIs can have no symptoms, and testing is the only way to know your status.

Trust your partner. Know your status too. Both can exist.

Now be honest… would you watch my Netflix documentary?
