This is what it looks like to work in a collaborative space. A space that integrates various disciplines to address family system needs. Hi there! 🙋🏻‍♀️ It's been a while, so I wanted to (re)introduce myself 💛

I’m Jacklyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the heart behind this space. I’ve spent the last 20 years working in the mental health field, and my passion has grown into supporting women, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions that come with motherhood.

I’m certified in perinatal mental health, but more than that, I’ve also walked my own path through postpartum depression and pregnancy loss. That lived experience shapes how I show up for my clients in the therapeutic space...With a deep understanding that this season can be both beautiful and incredibly hard.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and business owner. Balancing all the roles many of you know well. I’m also a bit of a serial hobbyist and always learning something new (because growth doesn’t stop, right??).

This space is here to offer support, education, and reminders that you don’t have to navigate things alone. Whether you’re a current client, a past client, or just quietly following along—you’re welcome here.
