Lott Fitness Center is a 24/7 friendly, full-service center providing a community-like atmosphere that features the latest in cardio and exercise equipment and free weights. We are providers for many health insurance based fitness membership programs such as Healthways, Prime, Well on Target, Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, Global Fit, and more. We do not charge enrollment or annual fees and strive to keep our rates reasonable. Lott Fitness Center offers cardio entertainment systems, free daily locker use, towel service and full shower facilities.

Sandra, 57, came in for a PT Wellness Exam mostly because her neighbor wouldn't stop talking about it. (Thanks, neighbors. We appreciate you.)
She had no major complaints. A little stiffness. Some mild hip discomfort on and off. She figured it was just age.

We've been thinking a lot this month about what it means to really be here for someone.
The dad who's afraid that knee pain means he'll miss his son's football games. The grandmother who's scared she'll fall again. The teacher who wonders if she can make it to the end of the school year standing up. The retiree who just wants to play golf with his buddies on Saturdays.
We get to be part of all of it. Every fear, every breakthrough, every "I didn't think I could do that" moment.

Twenty-five years of that. And we wouldn't trade a single day.

In 25 years, we've walked alongside a lot of patients and James's story is one that stayed with us.
James came to us nervous, in pain, and genuinely afraid he'd never be "himself" again after a total knee replacement. His surgeon had referred him to us after hearing from another patient.
Eight weeks of personalized post-surgical rehab later, James walked into his granddaughter's birthday party, stood for two hours, and slow-danced with his wife for the first time in three years.
