Happy Menopause to Me!
Today marks 365 days since my last cycle, which officially means I’ve reached menopause.
A few years ago, I never imagined I could feel this good in my own skin again. Like many women, I experienced changes that left me feeling frustrated, tired, inflamed, and wondering what happened to the body I once knew.
But here’s what I’ve learned: menopause doesn’t have to mean feeling miserable.
By focusing on healthy nutrition, intermittent fasting, regular exercise, hormone replacement therapy, and adding pept!des to support my health journey, I’ve found a combination that works for me. More importantly, I’ve regained confidence, energy, and a sense of control over my health.
Every woman’s journey is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The key is finding the right tools and support for your unique needs.
