Happy Menopause to Me!

Today marks 365 days since my last cycle, which officially means I’ve reached menopause.

A few years ago, I never imagined I could feel this good in my own skin again. Like many women, I experienced changes that left me feeling frustrated, tired, inflamed, and wondering what happened to the body I once knew.

But here’s what I’ve learned: menopause doesn’t have to mean feeling miserable.

By focusing on healthy nutrition, intermittent fasting, regular exercise, hormone replacement therapy, and adding pept!des to support my health journey, I’ve found a combination that works for me. More importantly, I’ve regained confidence, energy, and a sense of control over my health.

Every woman’s journey is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The key is finding the right tools and support for your unique needs.

New Month. New Opportunity.

Can you believe we’re already into a new month?

If your health and wellness goals haven’t gone exactly as planned, that’s okay. The calendar turning over is a great reminder that you don’t have to wait until January, Monday, or the “perfect time” to start over.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is setting goals that are so big and overwhelming that they become impossible to maintain. Real success comes from creating goals that are both attainable and sustainable.

Instead of:

❌ Working out 7 days a week
❌ Completely overhauling your entire lifestyle overnight

Try:
✅ Drinking more water daily
✅ Adding 2-3 strength workouts each week
✅ Increasing your daily steps
✅ Prioritizing protein and whole foods
✅ Creating a consistent sleep routine

Small actions, repeated consistently, create lasting results.

I wanted to share part of my personal health journey and why I decided to start using BPC-157/TB-500.

About 4 months ago, I injured my elbow. It’s similar to tennis elbow… except I don’t play tennis. Between lifting weights, staying active, and picking up my 14-month-old granddaughter, my elbow just hasn’t had the chance to fully recover.

I’ve tried chiropractic care and acupuncture, and while they helped in some ways, the pain and irritation kept lingering. So after doing my research, I decided to try BPC-157/TB-500 as another tool to support healing and recovery.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are pept!des that many people use to support:
• Recovery and healing
• Joint and soft tissue support
• Reduced inflammation
• Mobility and overall recovery from activity or injury

One thing I always want to stress: pept!des are not magic. I still focus on strength training, movement, protein, hydration, sleep, and taking care of my body overall. These are tools that can work alongside healthy habits.

I’ll continue sharing my journey, progress, and what I learn along the way.
