We are still working on the final touches to make our place of Space and Grace Therapy as tranquil as possible so that you feel like it’s a sweet little home away from home to rest and reset your mind, body and soul. It is truly a dream come to true for Rob and I to have come upon this perfect space for us.
The large open room is for couples massages! We will continue to add nice touches to complete it, but I am so happy and wanted to share it with you. ♥️

Thank you to my beautiful client. In mid massage session she says “Take my picture and share it!!! People have to know about this!” Well, if you insist! I will never stop saying this, I have the best clients ever and I feel so blessed every day.
Medical grade deep tissue red light therapy is included in every massage! 10 minutes for one hour massage. 20 minutes for 90 minutes massage. No up charge. It’s a steal! Now booking Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!

I cannot believe it’s been almost 2 years since we opened our space!

Tonight we shift to our new suite where Space & Grace Therapy has room to grow! I can’t wait to share it with you and make it a safe space to rejuvenate your minds and bodies and to help facilitate a reset of your nervous system!

Hi Friends! Just a reminder, I will be away from my practice July 11-August 17th.

August 19th will be my first day back at the massage studio. Please book accordingly to maintain your optimal health!

A few exciting changes are happening upon my return! I will be adding a day in the studio expanding my hours!!!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!

Space & Grace will be moving into a newly remodeled and quieter space with a waiting room! YAY!!!

Who else feels like they’ve been stuck on the hamster wheel of life???

Running at full speed because it became normal. Because at one point, it was survival—sink or swim. And somewhere along the way, you didn’t just keep up… you got really good at it. The best wheel-turner there is.

But survival was only supposed to be temporary. The real goal was always freedom. Somehow, that shifted.

For me, it’s felt like my nervous system has been stuck in survival mode for years. And yes—my ego loved being good at it. But the truth is, you can’t run on fumes forever. Eventually, the body asks for something different.

I’m so happy to say… my wheel is finally slowing down.

Space & Grace therapy is growing in a way that feels aligned and sustainable, and I’m stepping into a new phase with intention. More to come on that. But first—I need to refuel.

I’m incredibly grateful for my clients and the spa industry that’s supported me over the years. And now, I’m doing something really special…

I’m taking a 5-week break to make a dream come true with my daughter as she celebrates graduating high school. 💛

When a client asked me for an Abhyanga with just myself (usually performed with 2 therapists as a tandem massage) 1 hour massage followed by a Shirodhara, I said absolutely!!! Needless to say, she was absolutely blissed out and booked multiple sessions!
There are so many opportunities to customize a 90 minute custom massage!
