Newer research has shown that using a pump fl**ge size closest to the size of the ni**le improves milk removal, is more efficient and prevents injury.

Breastfeeding while sick is usually safe — and protective. Antibodies in your milk help your baby fight germs, while supply dips are short-lived. Rest, fluids, and frequent feeds are the best medicine. 🌿

P.S. The best way to prevent the Flu is to get the Flu vaccine. If your baby is under 6 months, your protection is their protection. Once they’re 6 months, they can be vaccinated against the Flu.
