Yesterday's Empower Women's Healing Circle was such a beautiful reminder that everything unfolds exactly as it's meant to. The right women were in the room.
Two women met for the first time and discovered so many incredible synchronicities between them. Watching a new friendship begin was one of the most meaningful parts of the day. Moments like that are exactly why I hold these circles. Healing is powerful, but there is something truly special about watching women find one another, feel seen, and remember they don't have to walk this journey alone.
Throughout our Make Waves journey this month, we remembered how to invite more love for ourselves into our lives. We remembered to stop fighting the current and trust the flow instead. We reconnected with the passions that light us up and took our first steps toward actionable change that creates lasting waves. 🌊🌊🌊
Every circle reminds me that transformation doesn't always happen in grand, dramatic moments. Sometimes it begins with a conversation, a shared laugh, a quiet realization, or the courage to simply show up.
To the women who joined me yesterday, thank you. Thank you for trusting the process, for showing up exactly as you are, and for creating ripples that will continue long after the circle has ended. 🌊💙
