People will work very hard to remain consistent with their sense of who they are. Change happens when you change your identity, not just your goals or behaviors.
If your identity is "I'm someone who struggles," you'll tend to make choices that reinforce that identity.
If your identity is "I'm a healthy person," healthy behaviors feel more natural and sustainable.
If your identity is "I'm a successful entrepreneur," you'll be more likely to take actions that align with that belief.
We all seek congruence between our identity (who we believe we are)
Our beliefs (what we think is possible) and our behaviors (what we actually do).
Don’t settle for less than what you’re capable of. Stop agreeing with limitations and start agreeing with God’s vision of who you are.
