What happens when you spend years taking care of everyone else—and finally decide to take care of yourself, too? 🤍
When she started training with me 1.5 years ago, working out wasn’t something she loved. It took effort. Her energy was low, and sometimes it was easier to believe “this just isn’t for me.”
She also knew exactly what kind of environment she needed: somewhere private where she could work out without feeling uncomfortable around a gym full of strangers.
Fast forward to today…
She wakes up with more energy.
She’s changed the way she thinks about what she’s capable of.
She consistently makes time to take care of herself.
And the woman who used to hate working out actually likes it now. 😂
Not because exercise suddenly stopped requiring effort. As she’ll tell you—it still takes work.
But she changed.
That’s one of my favorite things about long-term fitness. The transformation isn’t just in your body. It can change your energy, your confidence, your mindset, and the way you show up for your own life.
If you’ve spent years putting yourself at the bottom of your own list, maybe it’s time to find out what happens when you give yourself some of that care, too.
