HOW TO BOOK YOUR 3 FOR $99 SESSIONS

Booking your sessions is easy! You have the convenience of scheduling all of your appointments online, or you can contact me directly for assistance.

Log into Vagaro and select the service associated with your purchased 3-Pack.

Your package will be attached to your account and applied to your eligible appointment.

A CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED

The Knotty Body requires a valid card on file for all appointments, including appointments covered by a prepaid package.

When booking online, Vagaro will ask you to enter or confirm your card information before completing your appointment.

Don’t worry, you are not paying for your package session again! Your 3-Pack will be used for the eligible service. The card-on-file requirement still applies to your appointment and The Knotty Body’s cancellation and no-show policies.

This morning, I was thinking about how often we wear "busy" like a badge of honor.

We rush from one thing to the next.

And somewhere along the way, rest becomes something we'll get to later.

But what if rest isn't a reward?

What if it's part of how we're meant to live?
