3 things I stopped doing that instantly gave me more energy as a mom š
1. Saying āyesā to everything
I started protecting my time and energy like it actually matteredābecause it does. Not every invite, request, or obligation needs a yes.
2. Skipping meals (and surviving on coffee ā)
Once I prioritized real meals with protein, my afternoon crashes didnāt hit nearly as hard. Energy isnāt just about sleepāitās about fuel.
3. Trying to do everything alone
Asking for help used to feel like failure. Now I see it as strategy. Whether itās a partner, friend, or even letting the kids pitch ināsupport changes everything.
