STIs are common. Silence shouldn’t be.

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) don’t discriminate—age, relationship status, and how “healthy” you feel don’t make you immune.

What does make a difference?
👉 Awareness
👉 Testing
👉 Honest conversations

Most STIs can be asymptomatic, which means you can feel completely fine and still have an infection. Left untreated, some can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, chronic pelvic pain, and complications in pregnancy.

Let’s normalize what should already be routine:
✔️ Regular screening based on your risk
✔️ Testing with new partners
✔️ Open communication without shame
✔️ Protection when appropriate

And here’s the truth I want every woman to hear: Getting tested is not a sign of something “wrong.” It’s a sign you’re taking care of yourself.
