This is where Happy Is Here began. A fifteen year difference in these photos.
The biggest difference isn’t the weight loss.

Old ME- carried things that weren’t mine to carry. Holding hurts for others.

New ME- goes inward to trust and listen that I know the way. Healing gently and returning to SELF.
Happy Is Here was born out of a place of compassion for myself and a deep desire to teach that compassion to others.

Join me in the new season walking in truth and holding your hand while you do the same.

I want this space to feel more human, more honest and more hopeful than ever before. You’re welcome here.

• slow your breathing for 10 seconds
• feel your feet on the ground
• soften your hands
• remind yourself: “I can get through this moment”

You don’t need to escape your life to support yourself inside it. 💚
