Freedom Wound Physicians (a division of Premier Provider Health) is proud to announce our hospital outpatient wound care affiliations at Texas Health Fort Worth and Texas Health Hurst Euless Bedford beginning in 2022! We will begin featuring our providers, services offered, and of course, wonderful outcomes achieved by practicing advanced outpatient wound care this spring! Our website officially launched this week! Go check it out! We will be posting our new locations in the next several months and look forward to serving you and your families should you or they have chronic wound care needs.
