A little Monday fuel and a lot of personality. ☕🍂

We kicked off Fall Spirit Week with “Falling for Coffee,” inviting our team to share their favorite coffee, tea, and mugs.

Some were spooky, some made us laugh, and others were treasured gifts with stories behind them. It was a simple way for our in-person and virtual teams to connect and start the week together.

TMS uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It is noninvasive, does not require anesthesia, and may be an option for adults whose depression has not improved enough with medication.

Behind that number are millions of people facing stigma, uncertainty, and barriers to care. Substance use disorder is treatable, and no one should have to navigate recovery alone.

Mindful Recovery provides group therapy and structured support for adults at our San Antonio location. We are currently accepting new clients.
