💫Therapy Success Story 💫

This resident was admitted to Five Points at Lake Highlands after suffering from a fall that resulted in an overall decline. He was unable to transfer, walk, or perform self-care tasks. Determined to increase his strength; he started Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to return to his previous level of independence.

Currently, due to his self motivation and support from staff, this resident has consistently participated in therapy services and has exceeded his own expectations. He has improved to the point where he is now walking with a cane! He has increased his overall strength and is able to perform his own self-care tasks with minimal assistance needed!

He says, “I absolutely love coming to therapy and continuing to see the progress I am making!”
