How do you find solutions to….?

09/04/2026

Do you see people…?
We often only see roles or titles, but when was the last time you saw an individual and all their parts? Their positive attributes, their health, their experiences, their struggle? Do you know enough about someone to see them whole? Are you open to inquiring more about a person? Sadly COVID has changed relationships or how people build healthy ones. Seeing a person wholly can give perspective, insight and a deeper connection.

What’s your thoughts on therapy?

Some people believe it’s just for “venting”.
Some believe it’s “just telling your business”.
Some think it’s “only to validate your own experience”.

What is therapy for?

✨Learning to unpack your thoughts.
💫Observing your feelings.
🌙Learn how to behave in your authentic self.
🫱🏽‍🫲🏼Finding balance within yourself and with others.
🥰Expanding your capacity for your window of tolerance.
Not for compliance but to show up wholeheartedly for
yourself.
