Thinking you have thrush? You might be surprised to learn the real facts. Check out our new blog post to separate fact from fiction! https://wix.to/nwWZvit

Although this issue has improved over the years, I have seen lots of people who are convinced that they have thrush when they do not. Thrush has been a huge villain in a lot of breastfeeding stories for a long time, which is sad since it is not nearly as common and is not as resistant to treatment a...

Such cool research!

WHO KNEW?!! Longer breastfeeding reduces risk of early menopause. That’s the finding of a 2024 study of nearly 20K Canadian women. Mothers with a lifetime breastfeeding duration of >12 mo. were much less likely to enter menopause before age 50, whether it occurred naturally or surgically. One more way lactation positively impacts women’s health, even decades later! Read all about it here:https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11552320/pdf/12889_2024_Article_20508.pdf

What are an IBCLCs favorite things? Other than their clients and babies, of course! 🤱👨‍🍼👶Check out my blog post with my favorite accessories lists! https://wix.to/WddgTgs

I am a shopper, I admit. I love new gadgets and toys, especially when they're kitchen items that I don't really need, or related to lactation and babies in any way. I have so much fun scrolling Amazon and checking out the newest innovative items to make the lives of my clients easier. I love even mo...
